1. General Cancellation Policy:
1.1. Flexible Rate: Guests who have booked our Flexible Rate can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
1.2. Non-Refundable Rate: Guests who have opted for our Non-Refundable Rate will not be eligible for a refund upon cancellation. The full booking amount will be charged in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.
2. Group Bookings (5 or more rooms):
2.1. Flexible Rate: For group bookings with the Flexible Rate, the entire group reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
2.2. Non-Refundable Rate: Group bookings under the Non-Refundable Rate will follow the same policy as mentioned in the general cancellation policy (section 1.2).
3. Special Events and Peak Seasons:
3.1. Flexible Rate: During peak seasons or special events, a longer cancellation notice period might be required for guests with the Flexible Rate. This will be communicated during the booking process.
3.2. Non-Refundable Rate: The Non-Refundable Rate will apply as mentioned in the general cancellation policy (section 1.2) even during peak seasons and special events.
4. How to Cancel:
4.1. Guests can cancel their reservation by logging into their account on our website or by contacting our reservations team via phone or email.
4.2. For non-refundable bookings, the cancellation will be confirmed immediately, and the cancellation fee will apply as per the chosen rate plan.
5. Refunds:
5.1. Refunds for Flexible Rate bookings will be processed to the original payment method used during the booking process. The refund processing time might vary based on the payment provider.
5.2. Non-Refundable Rate bookings are not eligible for refunds.
6. No-Show Policy:
6.1. In case of a no-show, for both Flexible and Non-Refundable Rate bookings, the full booking amount will be charged and no refunds will be provided.
